1. In the dataset grid the new dataset item is created correctly after the Excel file uploaded
2. Prevent other actions while loading a workspace
3. Checkpoint report now supports scenario when no records exist after data cleaning
4. On occasions duplicate rows would appear in the new training job filtering rules
5. On occasions the "on missing" setting not displayed in the new training job filtering rules
