1. Allow the user to copy the existing training job configuration
2. Implement interactive charting with sort function for prediction reports
3. Display more information on Job Info tab
4. Update the transform logic in the prediction - append the new column for the transform instead of overwrite the origin column
5. Implement the single record prediction function 

Fixed

1. Remove the "clipnorm“ setting from design and training pipeline script to handle the custom design edge scenario.
2. Fix the calculator cache issue in evaluation and prediction lambda function 
3. Refresh the training job status for each stage
